There are some new and exciting things afoot at O’Hill this spring! If you’ve been enjoying the Classic Craveables up to now, you’re in for even more of a treat. O’Hill is introducing updated Craveables and other menu items with an eye towards healthy eating, so you can get all the flavor you’re used to without sacrificing nutrition.
Here’s what to expect throughout each week:
Mondays
BURGERevolution [at the Hoo Street Grill at lunch]. Featuring two delicious veggie burgers each week with equally tasty toppings!
Tuesdays
Charlottesville Cheeseteak Factory [at lunch]. Philly Cheesesteak with a twist, including Pulled Pork Philly (shredded pork with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms); Monster Philly (shredded chicken and chopped beef with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese); Chicken Philly (shredded chicken with green peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese); Beefy Philly (chopped beef with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese); Veggie Philly (Green Peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese); or Naked (onions and cheddar cheese).
Hot Pot [at Innovations at dinner]. Dining shows you the variety that can come out a wok, including Singapore Swing (Tofu and wok-friend green beans over brown rice); Samuri Beef (Szechuan beef with Asian stir fry vegetables over white rice); Ko Phi Phi (Thai chicken with green curry sauce over rice noodles); and Tokyo Express (Sesame chicken with Asian stir fry vegetables with choice of rice or noodle); Rising Sun (Sweet chili pork with broccoli stir fry over brown rice).
Wednesdays
Oat of this World [at Center Stage at breakfast]. Oatmeal has never been this delicious – and judging by the line at this station, your classmates will second that. Enjoy toppings like blueberries, dried cranberries, peanut butter, bananas, and granola (to name a few) as you get your day started with a boost of flavor and energy!
Thursdays
Savoring Italy [at Hoo Street Grill at lunch]. We’re taking bruschetta to a whole new level! Try the Mont Blanc (Herb roasted chicken with sun-dried tomato pesto, Kalamata olives, and Asiago cheese); the Sicilian (Tomato, basil, and buffalo mozzarella topped with a balsamic glaze); The Vesuvius (roasted Portobello and red peppers with feta cheese on arugula); the Genoa (Capicolla ham, Prosciutto, ham, and pepperoni with fresh spiced tomato compote, mozzarella cheese, and banana peppers); or the Ferrari (Crab alfredo, spinach, sweet peppers, and Asiago cheese with a Dijon Mustard sauce)
Fridays
Oat of this World [at Center Stage at breakfast].
Daily
Beyond those weekly specials, O’Hill is also proud of the changes it has made that can be seen daily. This includes freshly made pizza dough, fresh pasta, and our rotating fruit salad – featuring items like fresh watermelon, strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, and grapes – over at the revamped fruit section.
